I've had this mattress since late May '25 and am replacing it now. In just a handful of months it lost all support, sags and dips, and is uncomfortable and uneven. I can't put up with it any longer.

6 Months Later...
We feel EVERY. SINGLE. SPRING. in this mattress. We purchased it in August 2025, and today is February 8th. WORST PURCHASE OF MY LIFE. This mattress can work for a few months (2-3 maybe).

Strong Chemical odor, not a plush comfort.
I wouldn’t recommend Perfect Sleeper Adoring Night 10.5" Plush Mattress Collection because of the chemical smell and this mattress is more firm than plush. I set the mattress up for return the day after delivery. Macy’s can’t pick up for 2 weeks. Not happy with purchase or service.

Was very pleased with this product. This was the second time I purchased this set for 2 of my granddaughters.

Didn’t have to get use to this mattress! Usually it takes a couple of night or longer to adjust, but the very first night l slept so well! Very comfy… not too firm or too soft! Just right! 😀

This bed was such a deal on Labor Day weekend and I finally Got a goods night sleep and woke up ready to go

Serra mattress perfect sleeper
Not perfect purchased this for our guest bedroom /- and in anticipation for future hip surgery - Had my hip surgery March 23rd 2926- and this is the first time I’m lauimg on this bed - it’s too soft - there’s no support - I wake up aching ! When I sit on the side - I sink in - hard to get up!
