I purchased this mattress several weeks ago and it is so so so comfortable and cozy. I went with the bigger boxspring and we are very pleased. It is a little higher than our old boxspring. Macys was a pleasure to deal with. The delivery men were very professional and delivery was spot on. Loved this mattress so much that I just recommended it to my daughter who is purchasing it too.
Sagging After Less than 30 Nights
We purchased this mattress because of the competitive price. After less than 30 nights of sleeping on it, it has developed indentations on the mattress where my husband and I sleep. We’re both not heavy people and pretty shocked of the wear of this mattress after minimal use. We will be returning it!

Initially, I had purchased a double bed for our guest room and my Father in Law raved about his great night’s sleep because of it. He returned home and purchased a king size for he and his wife. My husband and I noticed our arms or hands going numb and decided to invest in a king size of the same mattress to replace our Stearns and Foster. I had to take a day off from work for delivery where we are and the delivery men were terrific! I have to get used to the new height (5 inches higher than the S & F) but generally it’s great for my husband and I who are both side sleepers.

Mislead and lost out on real savings
Overall I’m frustrated and disappointment regarding a recent mattress purchase I made through your store. Since I was told I’d be receiving a “free box spring” as part of the promotion. At the time, I assumed this was a great added value. However, I later discovered that had I declined the “free” box spring, I could have purchased the exact same mattress for at least $200 less from a competitor — specifically JCPenney. This has left me feeling genuinely misled. The way the offer was presented made it seem like I was receiving a valuable bonus, but in reality, it prevented me from exploring a more cost-effective option. I now feel like I’ve lost out on $200 unnecessarily, and the frustration has lingered because I believed I was making an informed purchase — when that wasn’t fully the case. I would greatly appreciate it if Macy’s could honor a price match adjustment for the difference. I believe in fair and transparent customer service, and I hope Macy’s will
Mattress purchase
My previous Serta mattress was not up to standards and Macy's replaced it with an excellent mattress. It appears to be excellent at this time and extremely comfortable. Let 10 years determine the Integrity of the mattress. So far so good
goldilocks finds the porrege
After much help trails and tribulations, we found what we wanted superior in store help from James. The result was just right without the bears.
Not great after a month
Got this a month ago. Was good at first but now it is sagging on my husband’s side and not as supportive on my side. It was relieving my hip pain for the first few weeks but it anymore. Disappointed but will probably try another Serta as our mattress before this one was good until it wasn’t after many years.
