Very disappointed. The bike arrived in a torn, damaged box, which was a red flag right away. After opening it and trying to assemble it, we found the handlebars were damaged and the basket was completely bent and torn. The bike looks used, not new. Now my kids are stuck with a damaged bike for Christmas, which is incredibly frustrating. This is unacceptable for something sold as new.
