Beware!!! What I Ordered is Not What I Got!
Disappointment is an understatement! I ordered two quantities, but only one was shipped to me. I contacted the seller immediately and UPS (who also confirmed only 1 item was sent to them for shipment). Till date, I have not heard from the seller. I contacted Macy's customer service twice, each time I was told to wait 5 business days to get a response from the seller. On my last outreach, I requested a refund, it has not been processed. Now, regarding the actual product, what the seller sent is not what I ordered at all. The picture on the site is completely different from the Item I received. Macy's, please do better and put your customers first. My time is too valuable to be wasted like this. Going in circles to get an item that I had paid for is disappointing. I also told others about the sales; they all got their items except for me. Unless you want to compensate me for my time, please hold the 3rd-party companies doing business with you accountable and demand that they do better.
