I’m so impressed!

I’ve used the slab several times, mostly for roasting vegetables, but will venture into baking with it. This pan produced the most beautiful and tasty lemon Greek potatoes! The cleanup was easy even though it looked like it would be a terrible chore. I heartily endorse this product for its quality.

Sheet pan perfected! Please make more sizes

I have purchased two of these, one of each version. The utility of this product as a sheet pan is fantastic! From baking plain chicken to a multi ingredient sheet pan meal, the results are beautiful, lovely to present in pan and the easiest clean up of any sheet pan I have ever used. I wish this was also available in half and quarter sizes for individual portions. I can think of so many uses, an entire cookbook could be developed around it.

This baking slab is everything I expected it to be - both beautiful and extremely useful. Good for slab pies and other desserts, certainly, but, also, any time you need a baking surface. Well done, made in!

Excellent but one caution

I absolutely love the results in the pan and it’s incredibly beautiful too. It cools up stunning focaccia and slab pies. I also had the handle explode off in the oven twice, so I strongly disagree with the mfg comments that it can go from freezer to oven. I took it from fridge (it gets very cold), set it on the counter for 15 minutes, put it in the oven and BANG! The company has been just wonderful, replacing it both times. So from my experience if it’s really cold, let it sit out on the counter longer so it’s not ice cold before putting it in the oven. Once I started doing that, problem solved!

Bakeware at its best !

I purchased this for my wife at Christmas time and she loves it. We baked more in the last two months than we did all last year because of this nice quality slab. We made brownies, pies, tarts, pizza and gallettes. But our favorite thing to do is to roast vegetables in it. It’s a joy to have a nontoxic way to bake or roast. Also, it’s extremely easy to clean.
