I ordered this online, it came in a timely manner. The problem is it had a manufactured defect on the right shoes. Unfortunately I had to returned it which made me sad, it's very nice and heel is perfect height.

Tommy Hilfiger Philip knotted Crisscross
I received these shoes when I first looked at them I said wow how pretty after I tried them on I realized that the knot that’s supposed to be both in the front. One was in the front or not and one was on the side. I decided to send these back because I don’t want everybody to look at me like I’m insane or I wore two different shoes when it’s supposed to be the same shoe. Tommy Hilfiger surely messed up that. I don’t know if I just happen to get a misfit. Are they making all of them like this? I don’t know, but I surely don’t appreciate that. It doesn’t show in a picture. It’s like that either.
