Broken glass bowls when I opened the box.

This is the third time I have had glass broken from other items that I purchased from Macy's. I will no longer order any glassware from you.

Almost exactly but not quite

This bowl set arrived within the week, was packed well & included the sizes I expected, per the description. However there is no handle for the biggest bowl lid -- completely absent from the box or any packing materials & certainly not attached -- & that handle was the reason I chose this set over other options. Sometimes, it's that one more thing that nobody bothered to check or notice or fix that just puts a bow on an ever-giving bad day, ya know?

Broken snaps

Received box intact w/o any damage. 1st and 2nd bowl have broken snaps so will not be able to seal the dish. Sale item so cannot return. Otherwise pleased with product.
