Excellent Rice Cooker!

Tried my brand new rice maker and it works perfectly great!! I love it so much I don’t know why I never tried it before?! I actually two of them, I am glad that I did! I completely recommend to new beginners… start with 2-measuring cups of rice (make sure you rinse the rice first to remove as much of the starch) and fill the inner pot with water to the number 2-Line then move the button to cook of the rice cooker. I add butter in the rice for a better flavor. Every cup requires the same number amount of water. Best of luck!

Stopped Working

Unfortunately wasn't even a month and the rice cooker stopped working. Very disappointed. But loved the style/color and it was the perfect size.

Perfect rice!

I purchased the plum. Gorgeous color, easy to clean, easy to use. Perfect rice every time. Highly recommended as the price point for the size is a great deal.

Stopped working after a couple uses.

It worked great, until it didn't. I was making dinner tonight and I heard the click like it was done. Went to check on it and it was no longer turned on. I tried 2 different outlets and nothing. I've only had it a couple months and no longer have the receipt so I can't even try to return it.

Good but smells a little like burning plastic

It is good and it cooks the rice but it has a faint smell of plastic I don’t know if this is because it is the first time we used it but overall good product
