Now a staple in my cooking arsenal.
Needless to say this is not the only griddle on the market, that being said have you tried others, this is really the only one on the market. I have not used it four times since I purchased it a couple of breakfasts, smashburger session with the family, and some fajitas. I use it on an induction stove so I had to figure out the heat which was rather sim0le. After that it was easy peasy and a pleasure to cook on. Cleaning is rather simple which was surprising especially after the smashburgers would shield than a lot of grease and melted on cheese. 5 minutes tops and it was cleaned and seasoned for the next use. I read some of being negative reviews you must say I have an experience any of those problems. Only wish they made a larger one to cover the entire stove top. Once again made in has exceeded my expectations keep up the great work.

The handles make it superior to any other flat top
The handles make all the difference in the world!! 2 years ago, I bought the Steelmade flat top for my outdoor grill. Without having to buy another bulky grill, I was able to get my flat top, and made a full breakfast the first weekend, then burgers for dinner. Having grown up in a short-order restaurant, this was super cool. Couple of downsides: 1) due to its size and weight, it was a chore to get it off the grill, scrubbed and put away. 2) if on the grill for a long time, the grill actually warped, but went back flat after it cooled. Well, that's not right. Then I saw the Made In with the handles... I actually waited 2 weeks to order it, thinking, wait, I already have a steel slab... I don't need another. But the gadget-girl inside me won, and I got it, and the first time we used it, what a game changer to pull it off the grill and clean!! I absolutely love it!!

Be Wary
I was so excited to use my griddle, and it lasted for one meal. I followed all the seasoning instructions and post cooking care instructions but the griddle is irrevocably covered in rust. I’ve tried everything to restore it with no luck. I regularly cook with cast iron, so no idea why I had such trouble with carbon steel. Shame because otherwise it seems like high quality product. Not sure if my griddle is defective or just very finicky by nature.

It's good with some caveats.
I have had 2 of these griddles. The seasoning has flaked off and gotten on the food on both of them requiring it to be scraped off and reseasoned. I threw away the first one when I discovered it warped but bought a second one thinking that it was user error. The 2nd one warped also, it currently wobbles on my stove grill but functions well on my outside grill. It does make great smash burgers but it is definitely middle of the road in consistency.

Love how easy this is to put on the BBQ and great for making sliders. Love that it is naturally non stick without all the chemicals

Amazing Product!
Totally Love this Griddle! I use it on my stovetop and my outdoor grill. The food tastes amazing. This griddle is very easy to clean. Well worth the money!

Awesome griddle!
Pleased to report that the griddle works wonderfully on my induction stovetop. First burgers that came off the griddle show nice caramelization and were very tasty. Will be using it for a breakfast meal soon with a single-pan clean-up.
