The awesome grill pan

My husband kicked off this grilling year with skin on, bone in chicken breasts along with grilled asparagus in our new Made In grill pan. Everything turned out delicious. The chicken was awesome and the asparagus (the right tender while still al dente) was perfectly done cooked using duck fat! We loved the way the grill pan was so easy to use and clean. We're looking forward to a variety of grilled vegetables and meat for meals as we go through the spring, summer and fall.

This is a beautiful, heavy duty, large cooking surface grill pan! I purchased this for use on my pellet grill, primarily to cook seafood and veggies. I have just used once, made some grilled shrimp, perfect and cleaned up no problem. I'm also thinking wings can be done in this pan too. Highly recommend!
