Great Pan for Eggs

Have been wanting to get away from "old-school" non-stick cookware and shift to ceramic surface. Mostly use cast iron and stainless steel cookware, but still need that one non-stick pan in the rotation for quick/easy eggs. This pan is that. Nice heft. Handle design is great. Have been an All-Clad user for nearly 30 years, but I'm thinking I'm Team Made In now after several purchases.

The Right Tool For The Right Job

This told the latest addition to my Made In collection. I love them all and the entire family can tell the difference in meals prepared with them. I can attribute that to how much I enjoy cooking with pans that translate my intentions to the meal. You always want to use the right tools for the right job! Made In is always the tool to start with.

So far, so good!

We've only had the pan for a few weeks, but so far it's worked well. It heats quickly and spreads the heat evenly throughout. It's not exactly nonstick, but it's pretty close. If you're in the market for ceramic, this is a great option.

Wonderful non-stick pan, very well made.

This pan is solidly made, has some heft to it, and the cerami-clad coating is wonderfully non-stick. So far nothing I have cooked has stuck to the coating, making clean up very quick and easy. The handle is solidly attached and does get slightly warm when cooking, but not enough to require a pot holder or mitt. Overall I am very happy with this pan.

Great products, great warranty service

This is my second CeramiClad 12 inch pan. We loved the first pan and had to get a second. Unfortunately, this pan after just a few uses developed a chip. I contacted the warranty department and they very quickly replaced my pan, which I’m waiting to be delivered as I write this. I also have multiple other pieces of cookware and would not imagine buying any other brand. I have been very happy with the Made In products and would recommend giving them a chance. You will not be disappointed.

Do Not Purchase!

I love Made In all clad cookware so I thought I would try a ceramiclad skillet for making eggs. I would give this pan 0 stars if I could! After a few uses it began to chip even though I use silicone utensils. I store all my pans with a protector sheet in between, so this isn't a storage issue. After 6 months of use it is chipped and scratched, plus, the nonstick isn't what it was in the beginning. Please don't buy this pan! Made in, please fix this problem or stop selling this line.

Best non-stick

This is a great non-stick option. Nothing has stuck to it and it cleans like a dream. I'm going to order a smaller pan.

Terrific!

I had to replace an older 10-inch nonstick skillet because my "old" one was badly scratched I was afraid to use it often; I used my wonderful Made-In carbon steel 12-inc skillet instead. Sometimes it's just flat TOO big! (But, man, does it do a beautiful job with whatever!) I made a Spanish Tortilla Española yesterday in my new 10-inch ceramic lad skillet and it worked perfectly for me the very FIRST to (it won't be than "last"). I also gave a Made-In 5-quart saucier to a friend who cook a LOT and is an excellent cook (not "chef" but close)...he raves over it. I DO wish the skillets had "tight-fitting" lids, however. (Hint hint.) Thanks Made-In
