Awesome, versatile pan! Incredibly responsive.

This is a great pan, I have been loving Made In. I've been seeing the brand used by many of the chefs I see online so I started by buying the 12" stainless steel pan and it's been great. Only a couple months later I went for the Saucier, just wish I would've gone for the 5qt since I like cooking for several people.

The First Saucier Was So Good I Got Another!

I’m an amateur baker and I create on average of three items a week. I also cook fancy recipe dinners three nights a week. I purchased the 3 quart saucier a couple of months ago mostly for baking needs. It worked perfectly. In fact I liked it so much I ordered the 2 quart for smaller tasks. I use these for all sauces, inputs for frostings and batters, delicate creams, caramels and assorted fillings. The even heat distribution and the design of the pans is perfect for these needs. I’m surprised so few of the leading baker podcasters don’t use sauciers on their programming. I’m pleased with my MadeIn products and will be expanding my collection.

All Around Workhorse Saucier - BEST

This pan's versatility is great. I've used it for everything from pastas to soups, to stews, and sweating aromatics. It's light, heats up quickly and evenly, and the curved angles make it a perfect fit for my Kunz spoons. I love it so much I ended up getting the smaller 2qt size as well.
