My most used pan

High quality pan with ample room for most applications. The ceramic coating is slick and a nice replacement for tephlon. Durability and quality appear to be at least equal to any other cladded pans that I have used. Very satisfied.

Ceramic Clad is amazing. Cooks excellent and cleans up even better. I highly recommend. I have the stainless steel plus ceramic clad. All theses items are the best I have ever had in my 42 years of cooking
