Flip that egg

Great heavy duty pan eggs flip without sticking after seasoned a couple times and cooked in with bacon and burger. Cleaning is pretty easy even when stuff has burnt on in the pan.

From new to discolored immediately

Looked beautiful when I got it, but immediately discolored from the first time I used it. It's my ugliest pan. It gets super hot to the point it takes some getting used to in terms of figuring out what settings on your range are right for it. It's also super heavy. It's hard to flip things around with using two hands. I don't hate the pan, but if I could go back in time I wouldn't buy it.

Carbon steel pan versatility

Fantastic pan- especially for grill. I've enjoyed using pan for roasting peppers on the grill, searing steaks and pork chops, leaving the mess outside. On our induction top it easily cooks eggs or browns hashbowns for breakfast. Not too heavy and cleans up well.
