The first time I ordered, the wrong item arrived. I returned it and ordered again, and this time it was correct. However, the earrings and bracelet were scratched, but the watch is good!

Worked for 2 hours

This seems to be an on going issue with Macy's! The watched stopped working the first day! Looked beautiful but useless! The promotion earrings I paid for arrived broken! Expensive Garbage! Returns are a hassel! I brought the earrings back to the store and after waiting in line was told i had to return them to a special departmnt on another floor. Days later I get the watch and now I have to return it too? Sheesh what a crock of poop!
