Great looking bag with a bad zipper

Cute bag, love the look. However, zipper on the outer pocket is flawed and now is stuck open making the bag unusable.

Disappointed

Loved this bag since I bought it back in October 2025 up until January 2026 when the zipper of the front pocket started snagging. Not too worried, still worked and zipped. As of March 2026 the zipper is completely off track, and the front pocket cannot be used. The entire purse cannot be used as the front pocket does not close at all. The purse lasted 3-5 months purchased at full price. The MK purse I bought with it has no problems and I use that one for my laptop and notebooks daily.

Still haven’t received this bag

Ordered this on Dec 21st because Macy's said it would be here before Christmas. Sat for days only saying 3-6 days processing. Now it says will be delivered Jan 8th but it’s only 45 min from my house according to tracking. Never would have ordered this if I knew it would take this long.
