Adjustable shoulder straps is missing

I got my duffel bag today. It is beautiful and very well made. I gave 3 stars because the adjustable shoulder strap is missing. This is a big inconvenience for me. Yes I recommend this bag.

Stylish and Practicle

This bag is very well made. It’s very functional and versatile. The straps are sturdy and comfortable to grab, and it has smart band that slides over the handle of the rolling bag.
