Do not buy this

Air conditioner came defective. Also, it's advertised as 14000 BTU, but in reality it's just a 10000 BTU. The description doesn't specify it's in reality a 10000 BTU sacc. Macy's quality has gone down 👇🏼 a lot.

Great value on sale for this 14,000 BTU PORTABLE

I have four star because I bought it for a gift in my homble opinion it's a great buy for the price and 14,00 BTU will be excellent for the areas to cool down thanks for a great brand and value.
