Not very happy

I searched high and low looking for a PET friendly vacuum and since this was top rated I purchased it. I have two cats and mostly hardwood floors and when I have it in hardwood mode it kicks back a lot of the litter when I am vacuuming! I am very annoyed by this and I can’t return it now! If you have hardwood floors and deal with litter DO NOT GET THIS! Now I am stuck with a vacuum I can’t use and I just bought it a couple months ago!

In Love at First Use

I went from almost no carpet to 2 out of 3 floors carpeted plus 32 stairs. My Dyson V10 died too fast, so I switched to multiple vacuums: a cheap hardwood one downstairs and a corded Shark Rocket for carpet. They were fine… but my carpets never looked new as they should. Then I got a second dog (mini Aussie mix), and the shedding got out of control. My carpets started looking old despite regular vacuuming and occasional shampooing. So I tried the Shark Lift-Away Adv LA300 as a last resort. I tested it on my least-used room, which hadn’t been vacuumed in two weeks on this schedule. Normally, the Rocket fills once. The Lift-Away filled 2.5 times. My carpet literally looks new—and I haven’t even shampooed yet. I was fully ready to return it and start budgeting for new flooring. Not anymore. This thing works. Only downsides: no front light and no self-cleaning brush. Otherwise, it’s staying. Not disappointed, and at 1/2 off it was a great deal!

Great Vacuum

I've had this Shark Navigator Lift-Away for several years and I haven't had any problems with it. The suction is great so it picks up everything. It's lightweight and easy to maneuver around corners and edges. The crevice tool comes in handy for baseboards and I love the fact that I can see all the debris that's been captured. Emptying the contents is a breeze. This is a good vacuum considering the price.

Great Shark vacuum cleaner

The Shark is a fabulous vacuum cleaner. Works much better than our previous Dyson. Got an absolutely excellent price for it at Macy’s.

Not feeling monthly filter replacement

Never took the vacuum out of the box. Took the Owner's Guide out to read it first. On the Cleaning the Filters page it starts out reading "Regularly rinse the filters . . ." Futher down it reads "The Pre-Motor Filter should be replaced every month." Then tells you where to order replacement filters. Rinsing I can handle, but buying 12 of these and 1 HEPA filter a year is too much.

Dog owner’s that shed - THIS IS THE VACUUM!!

Love love love this! Best and improved older Shark pet vacuum model. This is my 4th shark. My previous shark lasted 3 years and finally bit the bullet. I have 5 large Australian Shepherds who shed. I turned on this one and it was it almost vacuumed the floor itself! So wowed!! Love this! I researched and this model kept coming up! I’m buying another one for my mom.

Best vacuum!

Ive had this vacuum for so many years and I love it so much it works perfectly. It finally just stopped sucking up very good I think its time to buy another one. Definitely recommend this one!
