Ok, but not great.
This model is great at first. But it doesn't last long enough for the price. Mine is completely shot after 13 months. It isn't the battery this time. Instead, it has a strange vibration and doesn't have the power it had before.

Excellent brush, recommand!! But...
I truly like the brush, use it every day and I am impressed with the battery life. I would of given five stars if it was not for the cheap case that does not close and stay close. The latch does not stay put. Which is quite annoying.

Excellent strengh and power.

Great new Phillips toothbrush.
I like the features! However, a coupon was included in the box for a complimentary replacement brush head, When I tried to activate Tucson, Phillips said the coupon was expired. The coupon did not have an expiration date on it.

Good product, this is the second time we bought it
This is our second Philips. The product is easy to use and does what it is supposed to do. We preferred the prior toothbrush stand, which held more than one brush (there are two of us) and desanitizes the brushes

no great features, just waste of money
I bought this model during the Black Friday sale last year and it has suddenly started making loud rattling noise with irregular buzzing. It hasn't even reached warranty time and it's already malfunction. Really disappointed by Philips.

I Wish There Was an Ultra-Gentle Mode
I wish there was an "ultra-gentle" mode. I find that even the lowest setting, combined with the softest brush head is too aggressive for me.
