Flat pillow

As a side sleeper a firm pillow is recommended. This pillow was lofty and supportive but after a couple of weeks it became flat.

Great Pillow for side sleepers

I have tried numerous pillows claiming to eliminate the crik in your neck. This one actually does it. I have had pain from my right neck to my right scapula for more than 10 years. This pillow by keeping my neck & spine in alignment has reduced that pain by more than half! I will be buying this again.
