Best nonstick pan I have ever had

Last weekend I used my new pan for the first time. I fried potatoes with only about 1 tablespoon of oil and they turned out great. Not greasy and nice and crispy.

A new favourite fryoan

Anolon was my favourite frypan many years ago but the one I loved became unavailable. Now a new one has been brought out and looking for a non stick pan am pleased to find this one works better than previous ones. Everything slides easily while cooking and so easy to clean.

Great quality and performance

I've used the Analon Hard-Anodized Nonstick 12" fry pans for years. We have loved them. With the safety/health concerns lately about nonstick pans, I decided to try the Ceramic nonstick 12" fry pan. So far, I love it! It has the same quality feel and performance as the Hard-Anodized. I'll probably buy another one, but will wait for it to go on sale.

This pan is far superior to every pan I have used.

It is true non stick and really is far superior to any non stick I have ever used. Used on an induction cooktop, food just slides around, needs less oil and caramelises beautifully. A professional chef for over 40 years, I will never use another pan again at home

Great product!

I am so happy with this Anolon Advanced Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pan. This pan is not heavy, easy to clean and most importantly, the food doesn't stick to the pan plus no harm material. I have been bought and returning twice to Macy's till I found this pan.
