It's hot and flat. Not ideal for a side sleepers. It has potential if the design was firmer (thicker foam, more stuffing in the pillow). Not keeping it.

I purchased this pillow for my husband, and he has been sleeping on it for several nights now. He is absolutely thrilled and says it’s the best pillow of his life! It’s extremely comfortable and provides excellent support for his head and neck, so he wakes up without any pain. The pillow holds its shape well and feels very durable. Another great feature is its breathability — it stays cool throughout the night. The adjustability of the filling is also a huge advantage, allowing you to customize it to your sleeping preferences. Overall, it combines comfort and support at the highest level. We love it so much that we’re already planning to order a second one.

Amazing pillow
It is so hard to find the right pillow. I have tried so many over the years . At first they are ok and a week later, not so much. Neck pain is my latest issue. But this pillow is great ! It’s soft and breathable . This one is the comfiest pillow ever . It gives max neck support . I m getting a cozy good night sleep everyday .

I've been trying out the IntelliSleep Tailored Rest CoolShift Pillow, and it’s getting 4 stars from me. I was really intrigued by the 4-in-1 customization, and it's definitely the standout feature.
