In general, the pillow is not bad. But it turned out to be uncomfortable for me, it fails too much and becomes almost flat, which is very low and soft for me. But my husband sleeps on it and says it’s fine. I also didn’t notice any obviously cooling sensations.

Not very good
I thought they would be fuller. Very flat. Can’t image what they would be like without the insert. I returned them.

Cooling and comfortable
This pillow really lives up to its description! It somehow stays cool, and when the side your laying on doesn’t feel quite cool anymore, you can flip it over and voila! The comfort level is definitely there; I replaced my old pillow for this one and the quality of my sleep has improved! I am a side sleeper and I have no complaints there’s no uncomfortableness anywhere!

Better sleep!
I didn’t realize how much my old pillow was affecting my sleep until I tried this pillow. Being able to adjust the height and firmness with the removable foam slab was a game-changer for me. I’m mostly a side sleeper, but I switch positions a lot, and this pillow adapts really well. It’s cool, supportive, and surprisingly comfy. Honestly, I’ve been sleeping better since I got it.

Comfortable and Adjustable Pillow, But Softer Than
