Color not as expected and UNABLE TO RETURN!!!!

I purchased these bar stool for my new place, but the color is not as expected. They also took forever to build, screws not aligning right with one of the chair! I have being trying for over a month now to have these chairs returned for a refund but still MACYS has failed to provide me with a return label! I am extremely disappointed!

This stools is so comfy and a easy to clean

4 stools came with 2 boxes with very well protection. Boxes are not too heavy for me to carry into the house. Instruction manual is easy to understand and it only takes me 5 mins to set up a stool. The green is olive green color to me matches with our home decor. And the fabric looks so chic in my kitchen and they’re super comfy to sit on. And this fabric is a easy to clean material.
