Removes odors and gases, and continuously destroys formaldehyde. The fully sealed, 3-stage filter system captures 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns. The whole purifier, not just the filtration system, is fully sealed to HEPA H13 grade. Air Multiplier technology projects over 76 gallons per second of smooth, yet powerful airflow. Connects to the MyDyson app to control and monitor air quality from anywhere, or hands-free with compatible voice services. Gas capture rates vary. ²Refers to non-living material. Overall an excellent product

The air purifier has a great range of functions and the app is great. It’s not yet been cold enough to use the heating function. However fan strength could be better for the cool function.

Ordered an air purifier but received a used vacuum

Very shocked to open a box and find a refurbished Dyson vacuum cleaner instead a the new Dyson air purifier ordered through Macy's. Was not been able to successfully report this problem through Macy's online AI agent for assistance otherwise I would not be writing this less than favorable review. So far I've had to contact Dyson directly - no response back yet. Not sure when or how this is going to be resolved. Would have expected for Macy's (the point of sale) to handle this directly vs having to contact Dyson and just wait and see. Vac photo below as proof.

Great concept, falls short in power

Max heating and max cooling are really weak. Air gets cold about 3 ft away when using max heat. Can’t activate heat without physical remote. The concept is cool of purification heat and cooling all at the same time but it’s just weak, especially for the price. You can buy a tower fan, an airpurifier, and a small ceramic heater that are all multiple times stronger in every area for a fraction of the price combined. Only benefit is that this is sleek and a 3 in 1 device

Best Air Purifier

Dyson air purifier is definitely doing its job. My house smells so much fresher than it used to, and it runs so quietly that I barely notice it’s on. I’m really happy with this purchase.

Overpriced

Over engineered and overpriced for what it actually is (a fancy fan heater). Too noisy over setting #2. My wife got hit up by a salesman while looking for a new oven, cant believe she came home with a Thousand dollar fan, won't happen again!

Pass

I bought this in early summer. I have to say that I am disappointed with the level of air movement overall. I have to place it about one metre away to feel any real relief from heat on a day with temperatures towards 27-28C. The Dyson is operated by a device such as a phone, this is actually ridiculous as my children have to come and find me and my phone to change any of the settings. Who thought that would be a good idea?? I don't know if the air quality is any better but will take the device's word for it. For a lot less money I could have bought a fan and a heater that actually perform. Looks okay and doesn't take up much room.
