Broken/wrong piece!

Receive this as a gift and I am totally disappointed. I received the wrong piece and it’s broken no hook or anything. Refund me or send me another piece!

Not as expected

Pretty, but very tiny. I am returning the necklace. The picture and description are deceiving. No way is this 9/10 of an inch.

design flaw

Really pretty pendant and a good price on sale, however on the right back of the pendant there is a solid plate portion with the effy and 14k stamp which causes it to reflect light irregularly and give it a asymmetrical appearance. Also the diamonds are darker appearing (less white) than other effy pieces I own. I’m very picky about my jewelry so this one is going back.
