Very Rustic and Very Challenging

It looks so cute in the online photos, but it's more rustic in person. There were chips in the wood in a few spots. The assembly is not for the rookie assembler. Although it came with directions, not every piece was labeled correctly, making it difficult to figure out what went where. Additionally, the instructions are Ikea-type pictures, where there may be several steps in one drawing and it doesn't specify where to start in the multi-step step. I had a lot of hope that this bench would have been so easy to assemble that I might have forgotten the chips and scratches, but the assembly was challenging. And then, once I finished, one of the doors will not close/open easily.
