Stopped working after 3 days

The first few days this pump worked amazingly, I managed to get between 150-180ml from each breast and was very happy as it gave me peace of mind to know my husband could take over some of the feeds. After just a few days the pump stopped working and I struggled to get 30-60ml from each breast. The only positive was momcozy responded to my complaint and refunded me within a few days, sadly the spare parts are out of stock too so no chance to replace parts and see if that helps. Not sure if this is a manufacturing defect to some or all parts including motor. I would avoid purchasing as it’s been so disappointing.
