Poor quality

I purchased this chair for myself recently. I like the color. I like the swivel feature.The heat doesn’t work, massage feature is loud, quality for price is undesirable.

Have all the features I needed

Small but has all the features I love and works well. Small and comfy. Works for me I’m petite. Love the color. Especially satisfied with the price since I got it for a fraction of the price.
