Delivery

I put 1 star but 1/2 star would be more accurate. Packages were dropped off next to a car in the driveway. Not even a doorbell ring. Resident was home, heard a car door slam and saw a small van drive away. Shameful way to treat a customer. Macy's needs to fix this issue! Very unpleasant experience...

Great lift recliner!

Purchased lift recliner for hubby. Very comfortable and nice looking piece of furniture. Hubby has not used it yet but I have been using it napping and watching TV. Love it!

Life is good!

Great chair! We didn't want a msn cave looking chair since it was going in our bedroom. It fits the bill. We got charcoal color. Modern.

One is very good…other one issues

We purchased 2 of these recliners. One of them is very good, the second one having issues. The frame of seat where the back slides on was bent, the back is not on correctly on the seat therefore it is crooked. We really like the concept of the recliner/lift chairs.
