Perfect
After I bought my husband this in the 22” I was regretting giving it to him. I wanted it for myself. When I saw it in the 21” as we were preparing for our trip to France I immediately ordered it. It may be small, but it is mighty, holding extra clothes, toiletries and so much more. The tall handle is perfect as are the easy roll wheels. I recently recommended it to a friend who is traveling to Europe soon.

The Perfect Carry On
We really love our new carry-on luggage. A full-time traveling friend recommended Briggs & Riley and we’ve not been disappointed. We are impressed by the high quality of construction, with the careful attention to each detail, its perfect size for international carry-on specifications, and all this with such elegant style, too.

Almost perfect, except
I have had B&R luggage for almost 20 years. This is my 3rd set. The first was great for the business traveling I did, but I needed something lighter in weight for leisure travels. My second set I used for12 years. It held up well, though getting a little worn; however, I wanted to upgrade to 4-wheelers. This one is almost exactly what I was looking for, I especially like that it is expandable. One downside is that the exterior pocket is not padded for a laptop, like the previous one were.

Thoughtfully designed
Full disclosure: I have not used it yet. It seems to be sturdy and thoughtfully designed. Theres an RFID blocking pouch. The wheels move like butter. The main handle is super adjustable in length, meaning both me (5ft1) and my partner (5ft11) can comfortably pull it, with even long configuration for even taller people. There are also lifting handles placed at the top, center and bottom for easy lifting. There is no built in lock, but I'm still giving it 5 stars because they didn't say there was. I do wish there was a built in lock. It has one expansion zipper. What I did not expect: It is heavier than I thought it would be. The very front pocket does not zipper. There are more pockets throughout than I thought there would be. It does not unzip from the center. It unzips from the top. I cant wait to use it

Bought for a future trip overseas
After many months of research, I chose the ZDX 21" global carry-on expandable spinner and the medium check-in spinner. I love the color (canyon). I'm hoping this will make my luggage easier to spot in a sea of black and navy which is what i saw on my last flight. The material feels heavy and an up grade from the soft-sided alternatives I looked at in stores. I leave in eight days and will update when I return in July. :)

Absolutely Worth It!
Yes, it’s expensive. But the value of the lifetime warranty and knowing that I will never again have to purchase a piece of luggage is incalculable. Using this carry-on piece for the first time, along with the perfectly sized packing cubes, was effortless. The maneuverability was impressive, as was bouncing down concrete steps without concern. If you plan to travel regularly, Briggs & Riley is the only brand to consider.

Fan since 1993
I was a diplomat for 30 years and early in my career a friend recommended Briggs and Riley. I have the 32" which I primarily used to move into and out of 11 coutries where I lived. I have the 28" which I used to visit family on R&Rs. Now retired, I got the carry on. These bags have served my travel needs for 35 years. I have had one repaired in Hong Kong (twice) and in WDC (once) for free (!) due to airline damage. The two older ones are still in perfect condition despite much wear and abuse. You get what you pay for and B&R is worth it.
