Great Fit

Ordered these TWICE, wrong item was sent BOTH time

Placed an online order with a Family & Friends coupon. You would think this would be a simple transaction. A 3-pack of mens Calvin Klein black low-rise trunk underwear. Received the first package, opened it and inside were Calvin Klein MICROFIBER low-rise trunk underwear. NOT what I ordered. Went through calling customer service a couple of times, each time getting answered by a call center in India. Explained the problem, the one woman even said she will note on the order to make sure the correct product is sent. Returned the wrong pair via UPS. Received the new shipment last night, opened it and they sent the MICROFIBER underwear AGAIN! Now I have to go through this process all over again. Very disappointed in macys.com!

Pretty good underwear

The low rise is nice and they don’t roll up too much. Solid product but make sure to wash as soon as you get them. As soon as I opened the bag I noticed a really bad smell.
