This eyeliner is great. It is the best one I have found in years. It does what all of the other advertisements say, but don't do. This eyeliner tip is fine and very precise. The eyeliner line does not smudge or disappear. I will be using this next summer when I am swimming.

Fine liner
This eyeliner is fantastic! You have a lot of control with the tip. The tip is precise. There’s no smudging or transferring. You can use the tip or the whole edge of the tip to stamp a sticker line on your eyelids. It is a true black color. Quality eyeliner.
