Great boots, lacking durability
Great boot. Certainly the most comfortable boot of this style that I have tried. Have gone through many different brands looking for a boot that would hold up to everyday rugged use. Would definitely re-buy these boots and recommend to anyone. However, the glue around the front edge of the toe holding the blue trim on is giving up. Have only had them for a few weeks. Would be great if that held up a little longer.

Amazing on slippery rocks and Ice!
Amazing boots on slippery rocks, and Ice! I bought these this past summer for use while walking the shore line and I was instantly amazed at how well they gripped on the slippery rocks along the shore line. Then when winter came around I decided to try them out on the slippery ice of parking lot of my work and found that these things are amazing on ice! The only thing better that I have found is actual ice spikes. I don't know why they don't put this type of sole on their ice boots. It's great stuff!

great product when used for what's intended!!
I think its a little funny when people leave poor reviews on products like this. I genuinely do not know of a shoe that really lasts more than 1-1.5 years AT MOST and that is if I am lucky. Granted, I fish, walk on tough surfaces often (concrete, asphalt, pavers) and where these shoes every single day. I am lucky if they last 6 months..BUT...they are boat shoes. they are meant, in my opinion, to be worn on less harsh surfaces and keep your feet dry. I have gym and training shoes that have lasted less time and they are used on rubber mats at the gym. Great overall product in general and not just the sport boot. If you are wearing them for landscaping, construction, walking on asphalt or whatever...please understand, they are not necessarily meant for that and consider a different product.

Wait and see.
We will see how they hold up after 6mo to year. Std pair only lasted a little over a year before they started to split and the heel block came off.
