Great it's and pans

I have had the ha1 fry pans and sauce pans now for 19 months. I love them. Still look brand new. I cook in them daily and so easy to clean. I am so glad I bought them

Warranty is useless

The Warranty is useless and one pan list part of tbecoating.

I've had these pans for 11 months and one had the coating coming off in a section near the area where the handle connects. I called and the CS person seemed annoyed that I called. I sent the pictures they required and they got back and said it's not a manufacturing issue so they won't replace instead said they don't cover wear and tear use and care. So these can't stand up to normal uses in less than a year.

too hot to handle

my biggest complaint with this item is that the lids do not have a vent and the handles on the lid get very warm it's almost hot to handle I'm not sure if I'm looking to return this item or not

Favorite cookwear!!

All-Clad products are amazing cookware pots & pans. Built for cooking crêpes to turkeys beautifully. They clean up easily and look brand new. Durable; mine are 20 plus years old and still shine. My personal favorite cookware that I’m now buying for my grown up children.

Don't buy the HA1 nonstick anodized cookware with Teflon coating

I bought this Anodized cooking set thinking I was avoiding PFAS (the "forever chemical") but when I called customer service to ask if this set had PFAS in it, I was told no but it had PTFE. PTFE = Teflon (trade name) and is made with PFAS compounds, of which there are many thousands of perfluorinated compounds that fall in this category.
