Lies and liars that tell them in Auburn Mass
So, the All-Clad is excellent. Obviously, it’s All-Clad. The deal Macy’s gave, also pretty good. The two star review is for the sales person at the Auburn Macy’s. And my credit card experience. I went into the store because I had an existing line of credit which I hadn’t used in a while. Macy’s is good at threatening to lower/cancel existing credit if you don’t use it. So, to avoid having my active credit card cancelled, I went to this location to buy these pots and pans on sale. At the register, I swiped my active credit card and was told that the card was inactive due to no charges since 2023. In order to make the purchase, I was talked into opening a new line of credit. This involved a hard inquiry on my credit which I was specifically trying to avoid. Which is why I checked that my original line of credit was still open before even setting foot in the store. Anyway, I walked out with a brand new Macy’s credit card I neither needed nor wanted. Imagine my surprise when I called the following week for details on the new card and learned that the old card was still active and that the sales rep at the store had lied to me. Customer service refused to help me and the only thing they offered was to close the old account. You know, the one that the sales person at the Auburn location said was already closed. Now, thankfully, I don’t have two Macy’s cards I don’t want, only one. But buyer beware. They will lie to you.

Just been using the HA1Expert set for approximately 3 weeks. I like that they heat up and hold the temperature The set is well made except for the 4qt. sauté pan. The 2 handles do not line up across from one another, plus the smaller handle is mounted crooked. This is cosmetic only , but not what one would expect from ALL - Clad . That's why I gave the 4 star rating. Otherwise love the product

Only used a few times but so far by far the best I’ve ever owned. Solid, well made, and cleans amazing. Very happy made the choice to buy the best.

Best Ever!
Heavy weight but easy to maneuver. Pots and pans are well-balanced and sit flat on the burners. The handles are the most comfortable I have ever used. Love this set and hope the non-stick coating holds up over time. I bought this set because it was so highly rated on several different sites.

Good
These pots are a Must have!. It make my food look better and my husband said everything was tastier. The only thing about the set I bought is that I now need two smaller pots. I can't wait for them.
