Other occasion to buy:purchased online via Macy's.com and was in a sealed box-charged as instructed but will not stay on-only lights up briefly and shuts off-returning to store for a full refund-quite disappointed as it got good reviews-must be a defective unit

Doesn't Work-will not stay turned on after charge

Purchased brand new in sealed box. Opened and charged for 3 hours as instructed. Unit will not stay on and I am returning it. Very disappointed as it got excellent reviews.

Something is working
