Cancelled For No Readon

I have a Macy’s account card and I ordered several gifts for Christmas but each on was cancelled. Three times, so this old time system demands I call and place an order instead? What’s the reason I have an account. This is worst ancient system. Run don’t order from Macy’s it’s now like the old Montgomery Wards, and the customer service is no longer.
