I received broken dishes.

Unfortunately, my experience with ordering dishes was not the best. I received broken dishes. I am very disappointed that the product did not meet expectations. I hope the store will improve the quality of service and packaging in the future

Dont buy it

I bought it . Never delivered and seems delivered. They send replacement also didnt deliver. They told me they will refund it. I see its refunded on app but i never get my money back!

Love them

The first box arrived with broken plates box was also squashed at the top so I knew it was a disaster and sure enough. I called and had a replacement sent the box was intact and the plates are beautiful

Dissatisfied customer broken items

When I opened the box there were 2 broken salad plates, 1 broken cereal bowl and 1 broken smaller bowl. I did not return it to the store because it was too heavy for me and I had no one to carry it. The product itself I love it

Broken dinnerware

Dinnerware delivered all broken. Looks very light, packaging was really bad. Not worth it. Disappointed

Disappointed

I purchased this item to accent the new furniture that I purchased. I put it in a safe place waiting for the cabinet to store it in arrived. I opened each box placing the dishes in the cabinet. When I opened the last box my excitement became a disappointment. One of the bowls was broken. I was lucky to be in the window of a return. Sadly, I was unable to exchange the item. Now I have to hope that the next order is not damaged.

Broken pieces

Liked the color and style. Purchased 2 sets so I’d have the amount of settings I wanted. One bowl was broken. Called and got partial refund. So I ordered another set to make up for that broken piece. Am rating this order a 2 since there were 2 broken bowls in it. Didn’t try to get a refund. Would definitely be a 5 rating if no broken pieces.
