Ripped after 2 months

Received this from my registry January 2026. My baby was born February 25 2026. The changing table ripped after two months of use. Macy’s offered no help in resolving the issue.

MOM, DAD & BABY ARE HAPPY & RESTED!

Boy are my son and daughter-n-law excited with this playpen! They wished I would have seen it months ago when she was born! They are both working parents with a newborn who is a night owl. Wish they lived next door instead of several states away, so we could care for her, since I and husband are also night owls! They told me this 5 in 1 has made their lives soooo much easier! They can roll it throughout their home without waking our sweet granddaughter and not have to go back to her room every time she wakes. They have been working from home since she was born and now actually rest better and accomplish more during their day.
