Arrived with manufacturer defects

It is a beautifully designed barstool. However, it arrived with some chips and a hole in the wood behind the back cushion. Also, I was charged an extra surcharge for delivery that I was unaware of. Therefore, I returned the barstool to Macy's. They could not refund that surcharge to me nor offer me any discount. They did give me a couple of reward points.🙄
