London Fog Duffel Bag

I ordered this duffel bag to match the 25" spinner. Received it today and was disappointed that the shoulder strap was also missing from mine. What is the issue with Macy's? Not sure if I should try ordering another one since other reviewers did the same and were successful. I love the bag though but not sure if I will keep it.

Beautiful Design, Not the right material for me

It’s a beautiful color and design but I don’t like the material. That’s not a reason not to get it. It’s just not for me.

Damaged Goods

I ordered this Duffel, and it arrived in a timely manner. But it arrived WITHOUT the shoulder strap shown in the picture. I returned the Duffel to Macy's and reordered. The second Duffel arrived in a timely manner, But it also arrived WITHOUT the shoulder strap. I am disappointed that Macy's cannot control the theft of shoulder straps. I will return the second Duffel and NOT reorder.

London Fog Brentwood Duffel bag

This is the 3rd bag that I have ordered and none came with the advertised shoulder strap. This one will be returned too! Very disappointed in Macy’s customer service. This was a Christmas present.

Perfect!

I was looking to replace a London fog Duffel that got damaged during travel but it is discontinued. The Brentwood duffel is the closet look and has a bottom compartment. It's perfect!

Worse buying experince

Bught bag afor a trip . The night before the trip I noticed bag was missing shoulder strap. Contacted macys to return. This was Dec 3. It is nw December 26 and I have not received the refund but they got the bag since Dec 15. Everytime I call customer service I get a different story and nithing has happened.
