Already chipped

I baked cookies today, same recipe and cookies I have baked a hundred times. Used my brand new pans and the bottom of the cookies burnt. Also, the bottom of the pan has already gotten a chip on it after one use of just placing cookies in the oven and then washing. very disappointed

The inclusion of a lid would make this perfect

This is an excellent bakeware pan and far superior to the traditional glass baking dish of the same size. The only shortcoming is that Greenspan should include a lid. For example, if you make lasagna, macaroni and cheese or any meal and you would like to store the leftovers in the pan, you have to use plastic wrap and then aluminum foil to achieve a something close to an airtight seal. A tightly fitting lid would make this excellent pan perfect.

Add a second loaf pan to make it perfect

This is a great upgrade to my bakeware. The only drawback is that the set should have been sold with a second loaf pan. I commonly need a second loaf pan for the recipes that I make, particularly in the holiday season.
