Bad customer service experience!

Item never arrived. I only found out through the FedEx tracking that the order was canceled by the shipper. No explanation.

Damaged

Received damaged. Not due to shipping. It was packed well. So it was damaged before shipping.

Poor construction, uncomfortable, don't recommend.

Frustrated. Bought 2 chairs and was unable to assemble 1st chair as the screw holes did not line up. Other assembled chair was very stiff and uncomfortable to sit in. Pretty to look at but not functional. Will be returning.
