Still Missing parts more than 4 months later.
Purchased for my kids for Christmas. We have not been able to ride the scooter at all. Reached out to customer service and was told missing screws/hardware are in back order. More than three months later we will have not been able to ride the scooter due to missing screws/hardware. When the scooter initially arrived, it appears it was one returned, taped up and sent back out. At this point I think they have no intentions of sending missing parts. Don’t purchase.
