RJ11-18-CTI-V2-CO, it's the actual model number. It was not available during warranty registration so o had to use model number RJ11-18-CTI instead.

We love it, but the model number is rj11-18-fyi-v2-co and is not an available option on the registration drop down menu.

Beautiful teapot!

Handle is a bit wide for my hand, and the teapot is quite heavy when full. otherwise, it's gorgeous!
