I almost returned this air fryer because of the strong plastic odor it had when I first started using it. I read that’s normal and tried several tips, such as a bowl of vinegar in it on high for 15 minutes. It made the odor a bit better, but anything cooked in it the first few days still had that plastic taste. After I cooked fattier foods in it a few times, the odor/taste went away. I think it just needs to be seasoned. But now we enjoy using it; it’s perfect for 2, great for cooking things from the freezer that you want crispy, like fries and breaded chicken patties. And heating things up or toasting bread items is way more convenient than heating up a large oven. Also, I really like the compact size. I bought it thinking I’d put it away between uses, but it fits nicely on our counter and we use it frequently enough that I haven’t put it away yet. Very easy to clean since the basket and grill tray are non-stick. Would recommend this but deducted a star because of the initial odor.

Great price , perfect size for 1 person

Just bought it today. Looks nice and great price. Will be using it tomorrow for my son that has celiac. We got him his own air fryer so we don’t cross contaminat.
