Pure, simple ingredients make for pure, simple bliss

Nothing could be easier: heavy cream, whole milk and sugar form the base for the gelato of your dreams, ready in under an hour I’m not sure this machine will chill deeply enough to create an ultra tart lemon sorbet or concoction containing any nontrivial amount of spirits, but the coffee gelato this machine has churned for me has been reliably flawless.

Very quiet!

So far, so good. Maybe later I’ll let you know how the ice cream turned out. It’s much nicer than having to freeze a bucket before I can make the product and the price was really not bad!

Works ok … already broken

I have had this ice cream maker for 2 weeks and the clear plastic where the mixer snaps in is already broken. Very disappointing
