Bracelet did not include extender chain

The bracelet I received did not include the extender chain that is reflected on the product image. I tried exchanging it and the 2nd one did not include the extender chain either. Returned both bracelets.

Pretty bracelet

Pretty but clasp is too small so it has to link to the extender rather than the end of the main bracelet. That's not as secure.
