Unboxing was great

The online warranty site was why it's only 4 stars. Took me 3 days to get it done. Kept telling me an invalid code when I would put in all of the information. Finally worked on the 3rd day of trying.

Nice Packaging

Great Temp probe system!

As far as the probes are concerned, I couldn't find anything I would improve. But the app is not what I would call useful at all. unless you don't have any idea how to cook. I on the other hand do know a thing or two. I would think they could add a manual cook system that is more customizable. that would increase my review to 5 stars! The probe battery life is awesome even for my 26 hour Brisket cooks and the up to 10 hour rest periods. but trying to get the app to do customizable cooks for something like this is not available to the end users.
