Hard to register

Probe 2 not working

Love this product, but probe 2 is not reading in right out of the box.

Great, But Probe 2 Not Connecting

I love this set. However, on power up, set up and messing with it, Probe 2 is not charging or connecting. Not sure if it's the Hub or the Probe (I tried the Probe in other charging ports, but it didn't do anything). I'll be getting ahold of Tech Support.
